Renewal date of insurance
Renewal date means the day on which your insurance is renewed. This is most often done once a year, 12 months after the first validity date on your insurance. On the renewal date, a new insurance period starts.
In some cases, your insurance terms are updated on the renewal date, and possible your premium will change (what you pay for the insurance). It could also mean that the binding period will apply for another year (12 months) if the insurance company don’t offer free termination of the insurance. At Hedvig, we don't have any lock-in period and you are free to cancel your insurances whenever you want.
